All Speakeasy packages include the following:

- 2 Bar Staff including a qualified & experienced bar manager - we have the skills and tactics to help manage any unruly guests!
- Travel within a 50km radius of Sanson
- Set up & pack down
- Ice, ice, ice: salt ice to keep drinks chilled & party ice for in the drinks!
- Caravan styling to suit your theme
- Our Hydration Station which features two dispensers—one with refreshing iced water & the other with fruit-infused water.
- A just-in-case 3m x 3m white gazebo that fits over the bar hatch
- 2 wooden Lawn Games - choose from Yardzee, Jenga, Kubb or Ring Toss
- Labeled bins for rubbish & recycling (note: we can't take it away but we will leave it bagged and tidy)
- Standard service includes wine, beer, RTDs & non-alcoholic beverages*

Things to know...
- We can provide glassware for the tables if required, the glassware included in our packages is only for service from Speakeasy. Take a look at Add Ons for more info.
- We love making cocktails... and mocktails too! Take a look at the delicious options we offer right here.
- Browse our Hire Items. There's a cool freezer cart for desserts, a gorgeous two tap keg bar, or maybe you need a breathtaking flower wall.
- Travel outside 50 kms of Sanson is $2.50 per km. Overnight charges may be applied depending on the distance.
- *Let us know if you are planning to serve top shelf options as this may require more glassware, ice, or bar staff.
- **Service hours beyond the specified hours are $ 200 per hour.
- Near the end of our service hours, we will switch out our glassware for disposable ecoware glasses, which are made from plants and better for our environment than old school plastic disposable glasses.
