Bar Staff Package
Our Bar Staff Package is designed to make your event smooth, stylish, and stress-free.
Whether you're hosting a wedding, celebration, or corporate function, our team will take care of the drinks so you can focus on enjoying the moment!
Here’s what’s included:
- 2 x friendly, experienced bar staff – Professional, personable, and ready to serve your guests with a smile
- 6 hours of standard bar service* – Ideal for events with up to 100 guests
- Glassware for bar service – Includes wine glasses, flutes, and tumblers
- Essential bar equipment – Water dispenser, ice bucket, drink tubs, and all the tools needed to keep the drinks flowing
- Pre-service setup – Our team arrives at least 30 minutes before service begins to set up your bar area
- Post-service tidy-up – We’ll leave the bar area neat and tidy at the end of service
- Travel included within a 50 km radius of Sanson

Things to know...
- *Standard service includes wine, beer, RTDs & non-alcoholic beverages.
- Let us know if you are planning to serve extra top shelf options as this may require more glassware &/or bar staff.
- Need more than 6 hours service? Extra time can be added on at $130 per hour.
- You'll need to provide chilled drinks, a bar, ice and any required garnishes.
- Near the end of our service hours, we will switch out our glassware for disposable ecoware glasses, which are made from plants and better for our environment than old school disposable glasses.
- The glassware included in the package is for bar service, table glassware is available as an Add On.
- If table service is required, we may need to bring an extra staff member.
